Chris Edquist, CFCE, ACE


Chris Edquist has been the chief forensic examiner for Third Chair Digital Forensics LLC since December of 2015.  Before coming to work for Third Chair, Chris served for 11 years as a forensic scientist with the digital evidence section of the Arkansas State Crime Lab in Little Rock.


Chris currently holds numerous certifications in the digital forensic field.  He is a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) through the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), an AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE) through AccessData, is a Cellebrite Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED)/Physical Certified examiner through Cellebrite and is a Certified Handheld Examiner through Paraben Corporation.


Chris is a licensed private investigator in the State of Texas.  Among his other duties he also specializes in detailed social media investigations.
Altogether Chris has over 600 hours of formal training in the various digital forensic disciplines.   He has also been qualified as an expert in court and testified on digital forensic topics in numerous cases in Texas and Arkansas.
Chris and his wife, live in Roanoke with their daughter.
