Michelle began her twenty-year law enforcement career with the Bedford Police Department. She then spent several years with the Pantego Police Department where she reached the rank of detective sergeant; where in addition to handing a full investigative case load she supervised other investigators. Along the way she was awarded her Master Peace Officer certificate through the State of Texas. After a couple of years with a Tarrant County constable’s office, Michelle decided to enter the private sector.
